1. What size should I order?

To find out what size you are wearing, simply measure your foot. To do this, put it on a blank sheet of paper (it has to be upright and straight) and ask someone else to outline the front of your toes and the back of your heel with a pen positioned vertically. Using a tape measure or ruler, see how many centimetres you measure, and check our size guide (make sure it's usually the size you wear).

2. How long will my order take?

As each pair of shoes/boots is made to measure, once we receive your order, it takes around 10 to 15 working days, but we do our best to deliver sooner.

3. How long do I have to pay for the order?

The order is reserved up to 48 hours following the date on which it was made. Non-payment implies automatic cancellation of the order.

4. Can I receive the article at another address?

Yes, you can. As long as you indicate in the 'NOTES' area that you want address "X" to be the delivery address.

5. How to keep footwear?

As we only use natural leather, there are certain precautions to be taken in the conservation of footwear.

Never put your shoes in the washing machine. If the shoes are made of leather, you should only use a damp cloth. In Nobuk leather you have to brush it with a brush and remove the dirt you can, and then spray it with a waterproofing spray. This will prevent Nobuk from absorbing any drops that fall on the shoe or boot.

In daily use, you should put the shoes in a ventilated place after use and, if possible, put a pad on them so that they never lose their shape.

6. How can I exchange or return an item?

We accept exchanges or returns of your items within a maximum of 14 days. We will only exchange if there is a plausible justification. Once we have confirmed the condition of the item, you will be refunded by transfer within 48 hours.

The transport costs originated by the exchange or return are the customer's responsibility. In this situation, only the value of the items will be refunded, leaving the shipping costs to the client. If the return is the result of a logistical error by RAÍZES, it will proceed to collect the article, assuming the return costs, as well as the correct product's postage.

The items you have purchased should be returned in the original state in which you received them, accompanied by the respective invoice to the address:
